Beyond the Sky

Témoin à l'âge de 7 ans d'une violente dispute entre ses parents, Chris Norton n'a jamais voulu reconnaître la version du père : sa mère aurait été enlevée par des extraterrestres sur le seuil de sa maison. Pour Chris, il s'agit d'une affabulation destinée à masquer une banale réalité : la fuite du domicile conjugal. Devenu adulte, Chris se rend à une convention des ovnis au Nouveau-Mexique, bien décidé à débusquer les impostures et les phénomènes psychologiques de faux-souvenirs. Mais sa rencontre avec Emily, une jeune artiste locale qui sculpte des « dreamcatchers », va ébranler son attitude de non-croyant.
